Recent changes to government guidelines have allowed our venue Spetchley Park Gardens to re-open to the public. This means in turn that we are pleased to announce our exhibition planned there for August & September can go ahead. Full details of the exhibition can be found here.
It had been hoped to re-stage this exhibition, delayed by the current health situation, in September. However, the National Trust (who own the property) have now indicated that this will not be possible. The Oxford Sculptors Group is therefore obliged to cancel this exhibition for 2020. It is hoped that this exhibition will run again in 2021.
Given the continued uncertainty surrounding the health crisis, and mixed messages emanating from the media and government, with currently no clear exit plan from lockdown, Oxford Sculptors Group have agreed with Spetchley Park Gardens to cancel the Long-term exhibition there for this year. It is hoped that this exhibition can be revived for 2021.
At the current time, plans are still in place to operate the Main exhibition at Spetchley Park in August/September this year. For full details of that exhibition, please see here.

The group has entered into a new collaboration with Spetchley Park Gardens in Worcestershire for 2020 - in addition to a main exhibition held in August/September (held for the second year at this venue; details here), the group is holding a long-term semi-permanent exhibition running from early April to September 2020. This new arrangement represents an opportunity to take the time to consider the purchase of generally larger, higher-value work. Information regarding this longer exhibition can be found here.
The Group has been invited to exhibit at Greys Court (National Trust) for a fourth year in 2020. This year the exhibition will run for a full six weeks. Dates and all other details can be found here.
