OSG Exhibition at Spetchley Park Gardens

The on-line entry form for the Spetchley Park Gardens 2026 exhibition is now open in the Members’ Area on the OSG website and closes on Wednesday 15th July. This deadline is 3 days after the end of OSG’s Greys Court exhibition. See below here for further information about how to access and submit these forms.

Exhibition Summary Information

LOCATION: Spetchley Park Gardens, Spetchley, Worcester WR5 1RS.

KEY DATES:

Deadline for entries: Wednesday 15th July

Set-up: Tuesday 18th August,10.30 am to 12.30 pm

Exhibition start: Wednesday 19th August

Exhibition end: Sunday 27th September

Take-down: Monday 28th September,10.30 am to 12.30 pm

COMMISSION: 20% in total

STEWARDING IS NOT REQUIRED

This is predominantly an outdoor exhibition, however there is some space for indoor work too. Full details about the exhibition can be found in the exhibition Terms and Conditions which is assessable via the Application Forms page on the website.

PUBLICITY PHOTOS

If you have quality images of sculpture you plan to enter that we can use in publicising the exhibition ahead of time in the local press and in social media, please email these as soon as possible to administrator@oxfordsculptors.org.

HOW TO ACCESS AND SUBMIT ENTRY FORMS

• Log in to the Members Area on the OSG website.

• Click on "Exhibition Info".

• Click on "Application Forms". Scroll to the bottom of the page to see "Spetchley Park 2026" in the Open for Application box

• Click on the associated "Terms and Conditions". Read these first to make sure you can comply with all the exhibition requirements. Here you will find information about the exhibition that will help you in filling out the application form, e.g. how many entries you can make, the type of exhibition space (indoor, outdoor, covered), etc.

• Click on the "Application Form" and complete in full for each sculpture to be entered. Upload an image of the sculpture into the box on the form. Make sure you add your initials to indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions. Press "Submit" at the bottom of the form when finished.

• Open and complete the blank Application Form again for further entries.
