How to buy a sculpture from the Oxford Sculptors Group Exhibition at Spetchley Park Gardens - 19th August to 27th September

  1. Make a note of the Sculpture Number, Title, Artist and Price of the sculpture you would like to buy. This information is shown on the label next to the sculpture and on the exhibition trail handouts, available in the Welcome Centre at the entrance to the gardens.

  2. You can purchase your sculpture in the Welcome Centre at Spetchley Park Gardens. Alternatively you can arrange to buy a sculpture by contacting the Oxford Sculptors Group via this website or email directly to the Group Administrator, giving details of the Sculpture Number, Title, Artist and Price. The Oxford Sculptors Group will email you an invoice for the purchase of the sculpture which needs to be paid via bank transfer within 48 hours. The sculpture will no longer be reserved for you after this period. You will receive a receipt by email when the invoice is paid.

  3. Collection or delivery of your purchase: Your invoice, or your receipt for purchases at Spetchley Park, will provide the Artist’s contact details and your contact details will be passed on to the Artist. Please contact the Artist, if they have not already contacted you, to arrange collection or delivery after the end of the exhibition. * Note that delivery charges may apply. Please confirm this with the Artist.

Terms of Sale

All sculptures remain in the exhibition until the end of the exhibition on the 27th September.

Invoices for purchase of sculptures need to be paid within 2 days. After this time the sculpture is no longer reserved.

Collection or delivery of sold work is by arrangement with the Artist. The Artists contact details are provided with your receipt or invoice. Note that delivery charges may apply.

Some sculptures are made in editions, or in a series of similar or related pieces. In such cases, if you are not purchasing the sculpture on display, there may be a delay while an additional sculpture is produced by the Artist. The Artist can advise on when your sculpture will be ready for collection or delivery.

If you have any questions about the sculptures or how to buy them, please ask in the Welcome Centre at Spetchley Park Gardens or contact the Group Administrator.
