Reminder - OSG Exhibition at Upton House 4 to 19th October 2025


Remember to get your applications for Upton House submitted by Friday 23rd August.

LOCATION:

Upton House and Gardens, Nr Banbury Warwickshire OX15 6HT.


KEY DATES:

Deadline for applications: Friday 23rd August

Acceptance confirmed by: Monday 1st September

Set-up: Friday 3rd October, between 8.00am and 10.00am

Exhibition start: Saturday 4th October

Exhibition end: Sunday 19th October

Take-down: Monday 20th October between 8.00am and 10.00am


EXHIBITING SPACES AND MAXIMUMNUMBER OF ENTRIES:

The exhibition will be held indoors in the former Squash Court and outdoors through some areas of the gardens. Maximum numbers of entries from each artist are 5 for indoor and 5 for outdoor display. Note that space for the outdoor exhibits may be limiting and a selection from the outdoor applications may need to be made. Please indicate your priority for selection for outdoor sculptures by adding your priority for selection as a suffix to the sculpture title on the form.

HOW TO ACCESS AND SUBMIT ENTRY FORMS AND COMPLETE THE STEWRADING FORM

  • Log in to the Members Area on the OSG website.

  • Click on "Exhibition Info".

  • Click on "Application Forms". Scroll to the bottom of the page to see "Upton House 2025" in the Open for Application box

  • Click on the associated "Terms and Conditions". Read these first to make sure you can comply with all the exhibition requirements. Here you will find information about the exhibition that will help you in filling out the application form, e.g. how many entries you can make, the type of exhibition space, etc.

  • Click on the "Application Form" and complete in full for each sculpture to be entered. Upload an image of the sculpture into the box on the form. Make sure you add your initials to indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions. Press "Submit" at the bottom of the form when finished.

  • Open and complete the blank Application Form again for further entries.

  • Click on the Stewarding Form and complete by indicating which days you are available for stewarding. All exhibitors are required to steward for at least one day during the exhibition. Please give as many available dates as possible to help with construction of the stewarding rota.
