
The on-line applications for the OSG exhibition at the Leander Club in Henley, as part of the Henley Arts Trail in 2025, close on Friday 24th January. If you have yet to submit your applications, please do so by this coming Friday.

HOW TO ACCESS AND SUBMIT APPLICATION FORMS
Log in to the Members Area on the OSG website.
Click on "Exhibition Info".
Click on "Application Forms". Scroll to the bottom of the page to see Leander Club in the Open for Application box
Click on the associated "Application Form" and "Terms and Conditions" to bring up the form and the Terms and Conditions in 2 separate windows/webpages.
Read the Terms and Conditions webpage. Here you will see information about the exhibition that will help you in filling out the forms, e.g. maximum number of entries, the type of exhibition space, stewarding requirements, etc.
Go to the Application Form webpage and complete in full for each sculpture to be entered. Upload an image of the sculpture into the box on the form. Make sure you add your initials to indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions. Press "Submit" at the bottom of the form when finished.
Open and complete the blank Application Form again for further entries.
There is no stewarding form for this exhibition. You should be available to take your turn on the stewarding rota to handle sales any half day during the Private View or Exhibition. Exhibitors will be allocated their date/time on the stewarding rota.
