OSG Exhibitions in 2026

Below here is some information about two of the OSG exhibitions planned for this year and key dates that have been fixed so far. Two further exhibitions are being considered, one in the Spring and one in the Autumn and details about these will follow as plans are finalised.


OSG Exhibitions planned so far:


June/July – OSG Exhibition at Greys Court (National Trust), near Henley on Thames

  • Set-up outdoor work and drop off indoor work: Thursday 11th June - 7.30 - 10.00 am

  • Exhibition starts: Saturday 13th June

  • Exhibition ends: Sunday 12th July

  • Take down: Monday 13th July 7.30 - 10.00 am

Our chairman Keith Appleby has negotiated on OSG’s behalf to minimise the National Trust’s increases on commission. Total commission due on sales will be 25.5% in 2026


August/September – OSG Exhibition at Spetchley Park Gardens, near Worcester

  • Set-up outdoor work and drop off indoor work: Tuesday18th August - 9.30 - 11.30 am

  • Exhibition starts: Wednesday 19th August

  • Exhibition ends: Sunday 27th September

  • Take down: Monday 28th September 9.30 - 11.30 am

  • Commission on sales will be 22.5%

  • Stewarding will not be required at this exhibition

Further details about these exhibitions and how and when to submit on-line entries will be circulated to members nearer the time. Please read the Terms and Conditions for each exhibition thoroughly before making your submission and note whether or not there are requirements to take a turn on the stewarding rota in each case. Exhibition Terms and Conditions will be posted on the OSG website when the applications open.
