OSG Exhibition at Kiftsgate Court Gardens August/September 2025

REMINDER: Applications for the exhibition at Kiftsgate Court Gardens must be submitted via the OSG website by 16th July.

Applications cannot be accepted after this deadline as the entries will be selected straight after the applications close.

Kiftsgate Court Gardens, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, GL55 6LN.

Garden opening times: Sunday to Thursday, 12 noon to 6 pm

KEY DATES:

Deadline for applications: Wednesday 16th July

Acceptance confirmed by: Friday 25th July

Set-up: Friday 15th August, 9.30am to 12 noon

Exhibition start: Sunday 17th August at 12 noon

Exhibition end: Wednesday 3rd September at 6 pm

Take-down: Thursday 4th September, 9.30am to 12 noon

HOW TO ACCESS AND SUBMIT ENTRY FORMS

• Log in to the Members Area on the OSG website.

• Click on "Exhibition Info".

• Click on "Application Forms". Scroll to the bottom of the page to see "Kiftsgate Court Gardens 2025" in the Open for Application box

• Click on the associated "Terms and Conditions". Read these first to make sure you can comply with all the exhibition requirements. Here you will find information about the exhibition that will help you in filling out the application form, e.g. how many entries you can make, the type of exhibition space, etc.

• Click on the "Application Form" and complete in full for each sculpture to be entered. Upload an image of the sculpture into the box on the form. Make sure you add your initials to indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions. Press "Submit" at the bottom of the form when finished.

• Open and complete the blank Application Form again for further entries.

• Click on the Stewarding Form and complete by indicating which days you are available for stewarding. All exhibitors are required to steward for one day during the exhibition. Please give as many available dates as possible to help with construction of the stewarding rota.
