Key Dates for OSG Exhibitions in 2026

Here is a summary of the key dates for the first three exhibitions that OSG has planned this year. A further exhibition is being considered at Basildon Park (National Trust) in Berkshire this October and details about this will follow as plans are finalised.

OSG Exhibitions planned so far:

May – Coughton Court, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 5JA

• Applications via the OSG website close Tuesday 31st March

• Set-up: Friday 8th May 8:00 am – 10:00 am

• Exhibition start: Saturday 9th June 10:00 am

• Exhibition end: Sunday 31st May at 4:30 pm

• Take down: Monday 1st June 9:00 am – 11:0 am

June/July – Greys Court (National Trust), Henley on Thames, Oxon, RG9 4PG

• Applications via the OSG website will be open 1st to 30th April

• Set-up outdoor work and drop off indoor work: Thursday 11th June - 7.30 - 10.00 am

• Exhibition start: Saturday 13th June

• Exhibition end: Sunday 12th July

• Take down: Monday 13th July 7.30 - 10.00 am

August/September – Spetchley Park Gardens, near Worcester, WR5 1RS

• Applications via the OSG website will be open 14th to 31st July

• Set-up outdoor work and drop off indoor work: Tuesday18th August - 9.30 - 11.30 am

• Exhibition start: Wednesday 19th August

• Exhibition end: Sunday 27th September

• Take down: Monday 28th September 9.30 - 11.30 am

• Stewarding will not be required at this exhibition
