OSG Exhibition at Greys Court 2026 - Application extension over this weekend

There is still time to put in applications for the Greys Court 2026 exhibition! The on-line entry form for the Greys Court 2026 exhibition is being kept open over this weekend and closes on Sunday 3rd May. See below here for further information about how to access and submit these forms. If you have any issues with the application deadline please email the Group Administrator .

The Stewarding Form is also open over the weekend so of you have not yet added your available dates to this form, please do so as soon as possible, here.

Exhibition Details

LOCATION: Greys Court, (National Trust) Henley-on-Thames, Oxon, RG9 4PG.

KEY DATES:

Deadline for entries: Thursday 30th April

Set-up: Thursday 11th June between 7.30am and 09.00am

Exhibition start: Saturday 13th June

Exhibition end: Sunday 12th July

Take-down: Monday 13th July between 8.00am and 10.00am

HOW TO ACCESS AND SUBMIT ENTRY FORMS

• Log in to the Members Area on the OSG website.

• Click on "Exhibition Info".

• Click on "Application Forms". Scroll to the bottom of the page to see "Greys Court 2026" in the Open for Application box

• Click on the associated "Terms and Conditions". Read these first to make sure you can comply with all the exhibition requirements. Here you will find information about the exhibition that will help you in filling out the application form, e.g. how many entries you can make, the type of exhibition space (indoor, outdoor, covered), etc.

• Click on the "Application Form" and complete in full for each sculpture to be entered. Upload an image of the sculpture into the box on the form. Make sure you add your initials to indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions. Press "Submit" at the bottom of the form when finished.

• Open and complete the blank Application Form again for further entries.

• Click on the Stewarding Form and complete by indicating at least 5 days that you could be available for stewarding. Exhibitors are required to steward for one or up to two days during the exhibition depending on the number of exhibitors. Please give as many available dates as possible to help with construction of the stewarding rota.
