The on-line entry form for the Greys Court 2024 exhibition will be open in the Members’ Area on the OSG website from April 1st to 30th. See below here for further information about how to access and submit these forms.
The exhibition managers are looking for suitable images to use in the publicity material for the Greys Court exhibition. If you have good quality images (JPEG) of work you are going to enter into this exhibition in a garden / outdoor setting, please could you also email these directly to Keith Appleby (exhibition manager) at keithappleby@sky.com so work on the publicity material can get underway.

LOCATION: Greys Court, (National Trust) Henley-on-Thames, Oxon, RG9 4PG.
KEY DATES:
Deadline for entries: Tuesday 30th April
Set-up: Thursday 6th June between 7.30am and 10.00am
Exhibition start: Saturday 8th June
Exhibition end: Sunday 14th July
Take-down: Monday 15th July between 8.00am and 10.00am

HOW TO ACCESS AND SUBMIT ENTRY FORMS
• The forms will be accessible from April 1st to 30th
• Log in to the Members Area on the OSG website.
• Click on "Exhibition Info".
• Click on "Application Forms". Scroll to the bottom of the page to see "Greys Court 2024" in the Open for Application box
• Click on the associated "Application Form", “Stewarding Form” and "Terms and Conditions" to bring up the forms and the Terms and Conditions on 3 separate windows/webpages.
• Read the Terms and Conditions webpage. Here you will see information about the exhibition that will help you in filling out the application form, e.g. how many entries you can make, the type of exhibition space (indoor, outdoor, covered), etc.
• Go to the Application Form webpage and complete in full for each sculpture to be entered. Upload an image of the sculpture into the box on the form. Make sure you add your initials to indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions. Press "Submit" at the bottom of the form when finished.
• Open and complete the blank Application Form again for further entries.
• Go to the Stewarding Form webpage and indicate which days you are available for stewarding. All exhibitors are required to steward on one and up to a maximum of two days during the exhibition. Please give as many available dates as possible to help with construction of the stewarding rota.
