Exhibition set-up and take down times

Please note that the Dates/Times for Set up and Take Down of exhibitions are non negotiable. These are agreed well in advance with the properties hosting the exhibition and have been sent out well before the invitation for entries. These are clearly stated in the terms and conditions and members are expected to read these and agree to them before submitting work.
