Terence Swift is a UK born artist and sculptor who studied art and design at Ravensbourne College and began his career in the late 1960's in furniture making and interior design.
Swift creates evocative garden sculptures from intricately shaped wood foraged from local woodlands and wild spaces, celebrating the natural curves and character already present in each piece. Playful and imaginative his work often carries a sense of wonder and humour, with occasional New Age touches such as crystal balls, fairies and light, bringing a subtle magic to the landscape.
Working under own name and the title 'Woodland Creations' he produces unusual handcrafted pieces from his studio in Buckinghamshire.
