Peter Jones

Little known but accomplished portrait and life sculptor, who became interested in art about 30 years ago.

He has studied at Brunel university, Missendon Abbey, with Rosamund de Tracey Kelly at Bicester, Etienne Milner in Chelsea, and also at the Phoenix (his own studio near Thame) with Jane Hamilton.

Peter also works on more subtle and abstract forms of the human body.

Peter’s passion is for portrait sculpture.

He enjoys the challenge of commissions, so please ask him for a quote.

Other interests are painting in oils, pastels, pottery, designing and building unusual boats and architecture.

Peter is semi retired from his business and spends much of his time at his studio, the Phoenix in Towersey near Thame, where, with a team of tutors, a wide variety of art classes are taught.
